Cook Turkish Mediterranean food by grilling, frying, sauting, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards. Preparing ingredients for the shift; washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc. Consult with supervisory staff to plan menus, taking into consideration factors such as costs and special event needs. Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on a schedule created by management. Ensure that all food preparation and food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards.
